This 90-minute immersive experience is designed to guide you into deep connection, movement, and restoration. We begin with intentional breathwork to ground the mind, calm the nervous system, and set the tone for your practice. From there, we transition into a fluid vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement as we build strength, flexibility, and presence throughout the body. As the energy softens, we transition into a 30-minute immersive sound healing, where soothing vibrations help release tension, restore balance and elevate your frequency.
